Evaluation process
New clients drop their dogs off at the club for a few hours of social play introduction and interacting with Star Dog staff.
When you arrive to pick up your dog we will discuss the dog services we offer pertaining to your pup.
Expect to get a full tour of our facility and answer all questions you have about Star Dog.
This initial evaluation is vital in building solid client relationships and designing specific training/social programs to fit every dog/owner.
There is ‘no charge’ for evaluations and facility tours. Follow the link below to our ‘new client form’ to start the evaluation process.

Dog/owner requirements
1) Updated vaccination records.
2) Spay/Neutered if older than 12months(certain conditions my apply)
3) Dogs must not have aggressive tendencies towards people or other animals. Trainer will discuss options for assertive temperament.
4) Fearful or nervous dogs are welcome to be evaluated. Trainer will discuss options.
5) Phone conversation with Trainer must occur before evaluation and facility tour.
GETTING HERE
Located conveniently off of NC Music Factory, turn onto Johnson St. and head through our gates. After you park, look for the red arrow on the right which points to our main entrance. Our staff will be there to greet you as you walk in.
Please do not enter through the back corner towards our storage trailers.
